Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Entry Level Electrical Tech to join our Fibrebond team in Minden, LA!\n\nYou will work an average of 54 hours per week (including OT) between 6 am - 4:30 pm.\n\nThe hourly range for this position is $16.50-$18.70 per hour.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe entry level Electrical Technician begins in Electrical Prefab learning basic electrical parts and safety. You will be introduced to both hand and power tools. Basic math skills must be demonstrated as well as a high attention to detail. You must be able to work in a manufacturing environment on your feet all day while you shadow and assist within established electrical crews. You will be expected to gain knowledge in blueprint reading and train on beginning electrical skills such as installation of conduit and electrical components. \n \nFibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton\u2019s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond\u2019s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana. \n \n\n\n \nIn this role, you will: \n\u2022 Use a tape measure effectively. \n\u2022 Prepare and kit electrical parts. \n\u2022 Stock and set up electrical wire carts. \n\u2022 Install and cover receptacles and switches. \n\u2022 Perform other tasks as assigned by crew leader or supervisor.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\u2022 High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. \n\u2022 Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
