The Entry Level Enrollment Representative position is a full time role designed to bridge the gap between our clients and their customers.

Entry Level Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and master product knowledge for wireless products, qualifications for enrollment and offerings to deliver customized solutions to match customer needs 
• Execute direct sales and account management strategies to acquire new customers.
• Conduct one-on-one presentations and product demonstrations with decision makers and customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to build trust and rapport, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty and potential referrals 
• Act as a primary point of contact, offering personalized support and strategic advice to enhance their customer experience
• Participate actively in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in the Entry Level Enrollment Representative role 
• Represent our company and its clients, with professionalism and integrity
• Track and report daily sales activities and progress for future improvements 

Entry Level Enrollment Representative Qualifications:

• Relative Entry Level Account Management experience is a plus 
• Ability to work sufficiently as an individual and as part of a diverse team
• Desire to achieve sales targets with a results-driven approach while attaining the ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new products and services to stay on pace with industry trends
• Time management skills is a plus
