Our full-service marketing and consulting firm is seeking a full-time, in-office Entry Level Enrollment Specialist to join our fast-growing organization. Our newest client is one of the largest and most dedicated telecommunications and technology companies on the market. Our Entry Level Enrollment Specialists are dedicated to providing our clients with out-of-the-box sales and customer enrollment solutions to drive the growth of a strong, high-quality consumer base.

Our most recent venture is working with a wireless program that is seeking to expand across California. 

Primary Objective: The Entry Level Enrollment Specialist will act as the liaison between client and customer to drive sales objectives, promote brand visibility, and provide the highest level of customer service. 

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Enrollment Specialist: 

• Assist consumers in qualifying and transitioning to high-performing wireless products and services

• Deliver interactive presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to qualifying customers 
• Habitually provide top-notch customer service to maintain brand loyalty and repeat business

• Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge to enroll customers according to company standards and compliance guidelines
• Seamlessly integrate into communities to identify and secure new business opportunities
