About the Role:

As an Event Assistant, you'll be on the front lines of community engagement—helping to organize and deliver memorable experiences that connect people with important causes and respected brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown

• Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at community and promotional events

• Engage attendees in meaningful conversations and build local relationships

• Distribute branded materials and share key messages clearly and confidently

• Collect attendee feedback and help evaluate event success

• Support the team with general logistics and coordination
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred—but not required

• Previous internships or volunteer experience in events, PR, or marketing are a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking
