Entry Level Event Assistant

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and coordination of branded live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations

• Represent client brands with energy, professionalism, and top-tier customer service

• Engage event attendees, share key brand messages, and distribute marketing materials

• Foster relationships with local businesses, community partners, and influencers

• Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting and performance evaluation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations is a plus

• No experience required — internships, volunteer work, or extracurricular involvement in events/marketing is a bonus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Weekend and evening availability preferred for events
