Key Responsibilities:

As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting all stages of event execution—from planning to on-site management. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual brand events
• Communicating with clients to understand event goals, brand messaging, and logistical needs
• Managing logistics such as event setup, breakdown, vendor coordination, and staffing
• Providing on-site support: guest check-in, flow management, and real-time troubleshooting
• Preparing and organizing event materials, signage, and supplies
• Collaborating with internal teams (creative, logistics, marketing) and third-party vendors
• Collecting feedback and helping compile post-event reports to drive future improvements
