Entry Level Event Assistant

We’re seeking an Entry Level Event Assistant to join our growing team and help support the planning and execution of live, face-to-face events that connect communities with purpose-driven brands and nonprofit campaigns.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and logistics of local events and activations

• Represent clients and nonprofit partners at public-facing events

• Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and share key brand messaging

• Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all times

• Help manage event materials, signage, promotional gear, and outreach displays

• Work alongside the events team to track attendance, gather feedback, and support campaign improvement efforts

• Contribute creative ideas for outreach and community engagement
