Entry Level Event Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, including setup, logistics, and breakdown

• Support event staff and volunteers to ensure seamless on-site operations

• Assist Event Managers with schedules, budgets, and resource coordination

• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, signage, and on-site communications

• Track event performance metrics and report insights to improve future events

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
