What You’ll Do

As an Event Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting live events and promotional campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Coordinate event logistics including vendors, equipment, and guest registration

• Engage attendees and create positive brand experiences

• Manage event signage, promotional displays, and marketing materials

• Support administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and reporting

• Represent partner brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner

• Participate in post-event debriefs to improve campaign performance
