Entry Level Event Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events, marketing activations, and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals starting a career in event planning, marketing, or public relations.

As an Event Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in event coordination, logistics, customer engagement, and on-site event support in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
• Engage with attendees and provide excellent customer service and brand representation
• Help manage event materials, displays, and promotional assets
• Track event attendance, feedback, and performance metrics
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for event marketing strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or in progress)
• Strong interest in event planning, marketing, or promotions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus (not required)
