About the Role

We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to help plan and execute promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing activities, working with people, and contributing to memorable events.

No previous event coordination experience is required. We provide training and hands-on guidance to help you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating promotional events and scheduled activities.
• Help organize event timelines, preparation tasks, and assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate event materials, promotional displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and help create a positive event experience.
• Communicate with team members to ensure activities run according to plan.
• Monitor event needs and help address unexpected changes.
• Maintain organized event spaces and ensure promotional materials are properly displayed.
• Assist with reviewing event results and sharing feedback with the team.
• Participate in training and planning meetings.
