Are you passionate about event planning and eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to join our vibrant team, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in orchestrating memorable events. In this role, you will collaborate with our experienced event coordinators to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to community festivals. 



Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various events such as conferences, trade shows, and community gatherings.

  • Communicate with vendors to secure services and negotiate contracts under the guidance of senior staff.

  • Conduct research to identify suitable locations and venues for events based on client needs and budgets.

  • Help develop event marketing materials and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.

  • Support on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience for participants.

  • Catalog and maintain event supplies, equipment, and materials to ensure readiness for future events.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules demand.
