Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working with people and developing event coordination skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of promotional events
• Support the coordination of event logistics and schedules
• Welcome attendees and provide event information
• Assist with registration and guest support activities
• Monitor event activities and communicate updates to supervisors
• Organize event supplies and maintain event areas
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution
• Assist with post-event inventory and reporting
• Perform additional event-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
