About the Role:

Bottomless Promotion is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, engaging with people, and helping deliver smooth and professional event experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and material organization.

  • Engage with customers at events, provide information, and ensure a positive experience.

  • Support the events team in executing brand activations and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor event areas for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

  • Track attendee feedback and report observations to improve event operations.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet event objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
