Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our service team as Entry-Level Express Technicians. In this role, you will handle routine maintenance services while learning the ropes of automotive repair in a fast-paced dealership environment.
What We Offer (The Mentorship Program):
You do not need years of experience to succeed here. We offer a structured Mentorship Program designed to take you from entry-level to a Mazda Master Technician. You will work side-by-side with experienced mentors, receive factory-certified training, and earn advanced certifications as you progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes.
Conduct multi-point safety inspections to identify potential vehicle issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
Learn and apply Mazda repair procedures and guidelines.
Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
Qualifications:
Strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
Mechanical aptitude or basic automotive knowledge (trade school experience is a plus).
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic set of tools (or willingness to acquire them).
