Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Fabricator I role is responsible for assembling case parts and products in the Fabrication Department using machinery and hand tools. \n\n * Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment\n * Perform job duties in a manner that follows Eaton\u2019s Quality standards and systems\n * Assemble products using various types of equipment\n * Use hand tools, small power tools, or other special equipment to assemble products\n * Interpret orders and drawings to determine procedures and conduct work according to drawing specifications\n * Conduct inspection of parts and quality checks using a variety of measuring tools\n * Perform rework operations as required\n * Replenish inventory of fabrication department\n * Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas using Eaton\u2019s 5S procedures\n\n\n\n#IND123\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalency from an accredited institution\n * Must have one year experience in a manufacturing setting\n * No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Williamsburg, VA will be considered.
