This is an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates or attorneys with minimal experience who are passionate about family law and eager to grow their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters.
• Draft client correspondence, legal documents, and pleadings.
• Conduct research and prepare memoranda on legal issues.
• Support senior attorneys during court appearances and client meetings.
• Maintain organized case files and assist with discovery procedures.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California Bar admission or pending results.
• Passion for family law and a desire to learn.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
