Job Description - Entry Level HRIS Analyst

Job Overview:


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and HR processes? ITRADE STEM is seeking a dedicated Entry Level HRIS Analyst to join our team in Miami or Ft Lauderdale, FL, where you'll leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to optimize our HRIS environment. This role ensures accurate payroll, time tracking, and project management, contributing to the company's overall efficiency and success.


Responsibilities:



  • HRIS Management:

    • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, HRIS, Accounting, and Finance teams to understand business needs and manage HRIS implementations.

    • Assess requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and design user-friendly solutions.



  • System Testing and Enhancement:

    • Lead system testing for upgrades, patches, and new Workday releases.

    • Conduct regression testing and implement improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives.



  • User Training and Reporting:

    • Train internal team members and end-users on new processes and functionalities.

    • Develop and communicate changes and benefits to users.

    • Create, edit, and prepare reports and dashboards with Accounting, Payroll, and HR teams.



  • Job Costing Integration and Data Integrity:

    • Ensure accurate job costing for construction and solar projects through coordination with financial controllers and payroll administrators.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data integrity.




HR Process Enhancement and User Experience:



  • Compliance and Vendor Liaison:

    • Support audits, certifications, and compliance requirements.

    • Implement and troubleshoot system integrations, particularly with payroll and benefits vendors.

    • Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, ensuring alignment with construction timelines and workforce management.



  • Team Member Support Governance:

    • Track, monitor, and resolve payroll, absence, time tracking, and job costing cases effectively.

    • Collaborate with business process owners on complex or high-priority cases.

    • Monitor SLA compliance and recommend corrective actions to meet performance targets.

    • Define and maintain KPIs to evaluate service effectiveness.

    • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into service performance.



  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proficient in configuring HRIS for payroll, time tracking, projects, and general ledger interface.

    • Experience with ADP, Oracle, SAP, and Kronos systems is a plus.



  • HR and Payroll Experience:

    • Thorough understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and accounting principles.

    • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.



  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Detail-oriented individual who enjoys data analysis and continuous system improvement.



  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Capable of leading across departments to ensure accurate time tracking and payroll processes.



  • Cultural Fit:

    • Aligned with company values, personable, and contributes positively to a growth-oriented culture.




Qualifications:



  • Strong technical background in finance and accounting, especially in Workday modules like payroll, absence, and time tracking.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Practical experience with high-volume hourly labor industries.

  • Workday integration experience and certification are preferred but not required.

  • Experience configuring Workday modules and integrating third-party applications.

  • Accurate Client Billing: Ensures precise invoicing and revenue recognition

  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Facilitates accurate and compliant financial reports.

  • Resource Allocation and Project Management: Optimizes resource distribution and project efficiency.

  • Employee Productivity and Utilization: Enhances employee performance tracking and utilization.

  • Reducing Manual Errors: Minimizes errors through automated processes.

  • Client Trust and Satisfaction: Consistent and reliable service delivery builds client confidence.

  • Operational Efficiency: Streamlines operations, driving overall efficiency.
