Entry-Level Inside Sales Representatives (Home Services Industry)

About the Role

We are seeking driven, coachable, and energetic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. This position is designed for individuals who want to break into sales and grow within the booming home services industry (HVAC, electrical, and related trades).

From dispatching and ensuring sales protocols are followed in real time in the field to following up on past unsold estimates and closing deals over the phone, you will support the full sales cycle. Each day you’ll play a critical role in making sure jobs run smoothly, communication is clear, and sales opportunities are maximized.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatching and monitoring job progress.
• Driving and supporting communication in Slack channels, start to finish.
• Ensuring service and sales protocols are followed in real time in the field.
• Following up on past unsold estimates using a proven warm-up sequence, closing deals over the phone, and earning commissions for converting those opportunities into sold jobs.
• Documenting call details and job results in company CRM/dispatch software (Service Titan experience a p

• No prior sales or dispatching experience required — we provide hands-on training.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Eagerness to learn sales techniques and grow in a high-demand industry.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple jobs and communications throughout the day.
