Your key responsibilities:

Engage with clients daily via phone, email and face to face in a kind and professional demeanor.

Deliver top-notch experience when assisting customers with billing and policy inquiries.

Bring a can-do attitude and find solutions with ease, making life easier for our clients.

Collaborate closely with our team to accomplish tasks and keep things smooth sailing.

Provide reliable and consistent attendance.

At a minimum, you are good at:

Effective communications in speaking, writing, and listening.

Exuding that friendly vibe and charm factor, making our clients feel cared for and valued.

Thinking quickly and offering helpful suggestions.

Getting things done with precision and efficiency.

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Even better if you have:

Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience

Experience in sales and/or insurance.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
