Key Responsibilities

• Represent partner charities and engage retail customers in high-traffic locations

• Promote charitable campaigns, raise awareness, and inspire community donations

• Assist with setup, coordination, and execution of in-store fundraising events

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Support team training and mentor new team members

• Help track campaign performance, donor interactions, and daily metrics
