This role is designed for aspiring leaders who want to build a strong foundation in marketing, customer service, and team management—all while making a positive social impact. You'll support promotional campaigns in retail settings, interact with the public to raise awareness, and gain the experience needed to step into future leadership roles.
Represent partner charities and engage retail customers in high-traffic locations
Promote charitable campaigns, raise awareness, and inspire community donations
Assist with setup, coordination, and execution of in-store fundraising events
Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
Support team training and mentor new team members
Help track campaign performance, donor interactions, and daily metrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and genuine passion for helping others
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Eagerness to learn new skills and grow into leadership roles
Experience in sales, customer service, volunteering, or team leadership is a plus—but not required
