As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in connecting nonprofit organizations with the public in high-traffic retail environments, inspiring support and raising funds for meaningful causes.

What You'll Do

• Engage with the Public: Act as the face of our partner charities by interacting with customers at retail locations and community events

• Promote Nonprofit Campaigns: Share the mission, values, and goals of partner organizations to raise awareness and secure donations

• Support Event Operations: Help plan and coordinate in-store events, ensuring smooth setup and execution

• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Create a welcoming and informative experience for every customer and supporter

• Train and Mentor New Team Members: Assist with onboarding and support the professional development of newer staff

• Track Campaign Results: Maintain accurate records of donations, team performance, and outreach success
