As a Business Manager Trainee, you will be given the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business, from entry-level sales and account management to leadership roles, with the goal of transitioning into an office support manager within 12 to 18 months. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to success, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact on our expanding team.

What You’ll Do:

• Master CRM systems to optimize sales and enhance client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Engage with clients' customers to educate them on products, promotions, and benefits
• Learn to be an expert negotiator and closer to increase sales revenue
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account details
• Shadow senior management to learn training techniques and help develop new team members
• Over the next 6-8 months, contribute to increasing team performance and retention
• In 12 months, take on office responsibilities, including payroll and human resources tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is a plus
