• Ensure compliance standards are met throughout all marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to strategize, execute, and optimize retail campaigns
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and increase sales
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ products and services to educate and convert customers

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Confidence engaging with customers in a retail setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and adapt to different customer interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
