Entry Level Marketing and Sales Associate - Immediate Start

We’re a rapidly expanding marketing and advertising firm hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates to join our high-energy team and represent top national brands at retail events and promotional campaigns.

Whether you're a recent grad, a career changer, or someone from retail or hospitality—no experience is needed. We provide paid training, mentorship, and a fast-track career path into leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Represent national clients at retail stores, events, and community activations

• Help plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns and pop-up promotions

• Interact face-to-face with customers to share product knowledge and generate brand interest

• Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention efforts

• Track campaign performance, report customer feedback, and help refine strategy

• Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals and performance targets

• Attend sales training workshops, coaching sessions, and team-building meetings

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

• Local candidates with immediate availability preferred

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude

• Dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, or team sports are a bonus—but not required!
