💼 What You'll Be Doing:

As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you’ll help bring top-tier brands to life through face-to-face customer engagement and event marketing:

• Coordinate and execute live events, in-store promotions, and community outreach campaigns

• Represent major brands at retail locations, pop-up activations, and local events

• Engage customers directly to promote products, answer questions, and generate leads

• Assist with customer acquisition, brand awareness, and retention strategies

• Work closely with your team to meet sales targets and optimize campaign success

• Attend regular sales and marketing training sessions to enhance skills and confidence

• Collect and report customer insights to improve campaign strategies
