We believe that it is important to know all aspects of our business. Therefore, within the Marketing Assistant position, NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY and everyone will go through FULL TRAINING with all tools provided! Be ready to learn Sales, Promotions, and Marketing!

Entry Level Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services directly
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assisting customers face-to-face with any billing and/or equipment issues
• Handling new customer acquisitions and qualifying potential clientele
