Entry Level Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our event-based marketing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help represent major brands at live events, retail pop-ups, and community activations—no digital marketing or desk work involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands at live promotional events, retail locations, and community activations

• Set up event displays, banners, and promotional materials

• Engage directly with the public to explain product benefits and increase brand awareness

• Help manage on-site logistics to ensure smooth event execution

• Track customer feedback and interactions to support campaign reporting

• Work closely with the event team to meet participation and conversion goals

• Attend regular team briefings, campaign planning sessions, and training workshops

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• Excellent people skills and a confident, outgoing personality

• Comfortable with in-person customer interaction

• Team-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow

• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time at live events

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
