Entry Level Marketing Assistant

We’re hiring a Promotional Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this entry-level role, you’ll use your vibrant personality and communication skills to engage audiences and raise awareness for our nonprofit and charity partners.

You’ll play a vital role in planning and executing promotional events, driving brand awareness, and supporting various marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional marketing events to boost visibility and donations for our charity partners.

• Create compelling visual merchandising displays to attract and engage event attendees.

• Develop and distribute promotional materials to maximize event effectiveness.

• Participate in basic fundraising activities to support charitable campaigns.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure event success and brand alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or a related field is preferred (internships welcome).

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in promotional marketing, sales support, or event coordination is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in engaging with diverse audiences.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about achieving team and personal goals.

• Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends during promotional events.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
