Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a pivotal member of our department, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist in the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.


• Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.


• Create and manage social media content across various platforms.


• Support the execution of promotional events and marketing materials.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future efforts.


• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.


• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and practices.


• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
