Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal marketing experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels


• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape


• Support content creation efforts including writing blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials


• Manage and update company social media platforms to engage and grow our audience


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools


• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
