Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Prior experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Compensation:

• Competitive, commission-based pay (experience-based)

Schedule:

• This Position is Full-Time
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• No Sundays!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and service technicians at the parts counter
• Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain inventory, stock, and organize parts in the department
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships
• Support the dealership’s sales and service teams as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Automotive knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers’ and company vehicles
