Position: Entry Level Personal Assistant

Location: Austin, TX 

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to launch their career in the administrative field and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential support to executives and staff, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives and team members.


• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.


• Handle telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.


• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.


• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.


• Conduct research and compile information for projects or presentations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
