Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a day-to-day basis. As an Office Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support that contributes to the efficient running of our organization. 

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence


• Maintain organized files and documentation


• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars


• Order office supplies and maintain inventory


• Perform data entry and maintain databases


• Greet visitors and provide them with assistance

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education preferred


• Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
