Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the entertainment or media production industry, offering hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of production operations. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment on location and in the studio


• Coordinate and manage communication between different departments during production


• Support the production team with administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation


• Transport equipment and materials to various shooting locations as needed


• Help maintain an organized and safe working environment on set

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in media or production is a plus


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends


• Physically able to lift and carry production equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
