We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in project management and coordination. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.


• Coordinate project activities and communicate with team members and stakeholders.


• Monitor project progress and report on status to relevant parties.


• Help organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.


• Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.


• Track project deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.


• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies..
