As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.


• Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders.


• Track project progress and update relevant documentation.


• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.


• Monitor project timelines and alert managers to any delays or issues.


• Support resource allocation and procurement activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.


• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
