Bottomless Promotion is seeking an energetic and dependable Promotions Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This entry-level, in-person role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, engaging with people, and supporting the execution of marketing and brand promotion events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of promotional materials.

• Represent client brands in a professional and approachable manner.

• Support the events and promotions team in executing in-person campaigns.

• Track event materials and ensure everything is prepared and organized.

• Gather customer feedback and report observations to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional event environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, in-person environments.

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
