Overview:
DaBella is growing fast across the country, and we’re looking for a Recruiter who can hit the ground running. If you’re someone who moves quickly, works well under pressure, and knows how to build strong relationships, you’ll fit right in.
In this role, you’ll be focused on recruiting subcontractors who install our home improvement products across multiple markets. It’s fast-paced and high-volume — your ability to find and connect with qualified candidates will directly impact how quickly we can scale.
This isn’t a job where you sit back and wait for resumes to come in. You’ll need to be proactive, confident on the phone, and ready to own your results. You’ll work closely with hiring managers but have the freedom to run your day, solve problems, and get hires across the finish line.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (On-Site in Hillsboro, OR)
Compensation: $23-$25 per hour
What You’ll Do
● Building and managing a steady flow of qualified subcontractor candidates across markets
● Connecting with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and recruiting priorities
● Driving the full-cycle hiring process, from outreach and screening to offer and onboarding
● Representing DaBella with professionalism, clarity, and urgency at every step
● Balancing volume and quality while hitting weekly hiring targets
