Position Overview
As an Entry Level Roofing Sales Representative and Technician, you’ll embark on a dynamic career path with comprehensive training provided. NO prior roofing experience? No problem. We equip you with the knowledge, skills, and ongoing roofing sales coaching to succeed in the roofing industry, focusing on innovative solutions, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Utilize company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities to achieve a sales success rate of 40%.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-home consultations, delivering interactive presentations on roofing solutions created by our team, and guiding clients through the sales and selection process.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and present our range of top of the line and efficient products and services to homeowners.
- Ongoing Development: Participate in weekly training sessions and sales meetings to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Comfortable accessing roofs and attics as part of the inspection and sales process.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with the confidence to engage clients effectively. Spanish speaking is a PLUS, but not necessary.
- Motivation: Self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed and grow within the company.
- Learning Orientation: Open-minded with a passion for acquiring new skills applicable across various career paths.
- Team Spirit: Outgoing and articulate, thriving in collaborative and social settings.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work Monday-Friday: 9AM - 7PM & Saturdays: 9AM-3PM
