Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. As one of our associates, you will be responsible for promoting and setting appointments for our green energy products and services to potential customers, who will be fielded by one of our Solar and/or Pool Consultants. This position requires excellent interpersonal communication abilities and being a team player with our supportive, upbeat, and successful sales team. We provide all the training and support needed for your success.

In addition to a flexible schedule, this position rewards the successful Lead Generator uncapped commissions and opportunity for advancement within our organization.

Duties:

- Conduct canvasing residential visits and create interest in potential customers.
- Communicate and work in tandem with our Solar and Pool Consultants before and after the appointment.
- Identify customer needs and provide an overview to potential customers of how our green energy products and home pool solutions meet or surpass customer expectations.
