Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will execute in-person marketing and outreach campaigns that raise awareness, generate support, and drive measurable results for socially responsible organizations.

This is a public-facing, event-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, working in team environments, and growing in performance-driven sales and marketing positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners and mission-driven brands at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations

• Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship-building

• Support donor outreach, lead generation, and supporter sign-ups

• Collaborate with team members to execute sales and outreach strategies

• Track and report campaign performance using CRM systems and reporting tools

• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional coaching
