Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Conduct targeted residential visits to generate interest in our products and services.
• Appointment Coordination: Work closely with our Solar and Pool Consultants to schedule appointments.
• Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and effectively showcase our green energy and home pool solutions.
• Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and participate in team meetings and activities.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
• Strong background in canvassing or outside sales is preferred (but not required).
