Moyer Auto Group is looking for a driven, people-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Automotive Sales Manager. Previous management experience is not required—we are prepared to train and develop the right person.

This is an opportunity to transition into dealership leadership through hands-on training, professional development, and mentorship from experienced managers. You’ll learn how to coach a sales team, assist customers, structure deals, support dealership operations, and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.

What You’ll Learn and Do

• Receive hands-on training in automotive sales management


• Assist in coaching, motivating, and supporting the sales team


• Help sales professionals meet individual and dealership goals


• Learn how to structure and present vehicle deals


• Work alongside experienced managers throughout the sales process


• Assist with customer questions, negotiations, and deal closings


• Support the Finance Department as needed


• Help maintain accurate customer follow-up and CRM activity


• Promote accountability and uphold dealership standards


• Help create a professional, transparent, and customer-first buying experience


• Contribute to a positive, competitive, and team-oriented workplace


• Develop the skills needed to grow into a successful dealership leader

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience is preferred, but management experience is not required


• Strong interest in advancing into a leadership role


• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn


• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to earn the trust of customers and coworkers


• Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative


• Professional appearance and customer presence


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment


• Availability to work flexible dealership hours, including Saturdays


• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
