Job Description - Entry Level Sales Representative

We are hiring immediately for an appointment setter!

Compensation - paid every Friday:

1. Uncapped Commission

  • Unlimited income potential, top earners are making well over $100k per year.
  • Top earners will also qualify for incentive trips and extra bonus incentives.

2. Weekly advance

  • To supplement your start in a commission-based career, we provide a weekly advance of up to $600 a week for your first 4 weeks! *must hit the minimum requirements to qualify*
  • If your earned commission exceeds your hourly pay in any given week, you will receive the higher amount!

Your role is vital in generating interest and scheduling appointments, setting the stage for transformative solar solutions while going Door-to-Door.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Excite: Spark homeowners' interest in our innovative solar solutions.
  • Schedule Success: Coordinate appointments for our expert Sales Representatives to discuss the benefits of going solar.
  • Represent with Pride: Uphold Blue Raven Solar’s stellar reputation with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

  • No Experience Necessary: We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
  • Door-to-Door: Be prepared to actively engage with potential customers in the field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and converse effectively.
  • Mobility: Reliable transportation and the ability to stay on your feet.
