Entry Level Sales Representative

Liberty National is seeking an entry-level sales representative to join its growing team. Representatives play a crucial role in helping employees of local businesses secure benefits that go beyond what their employers offer. They consult with the member, present the available options, and help choose the most suitable plan. Successful reps are excellent communicators, driven, and well-organized. They possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are dedicated team players.

Job Requirements:

• Schedule appointments with individuals and businesses who have requested more information on the products offered
• Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
