Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with scheduling service appointments


• Learn how to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations clearly


• Shadow experienced advisors to understand customer management and workflow


• Provide excellent customer service from check-in to vehicle delivery

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills


• Interest in automotive service and customer care


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn!
