Responsibilities

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.

- Learn and perform Level I & II maintenance and repair including full-service oil & filter, tire repair, rotate & balance, alignments, fluid maintenance, batteries, wipers, bulbs    and State Inspections.

- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.

- Provide a World Class Vehicle Inspection including estimate of time needed for additional repairs & maintenance.

Qualifications

- Automotive / Technical training and education a plus

- Ambitious, hardworking, honest and goal driven

- Team Player

- Basic computer skills

- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

- Ability to collaborate effectively

- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
