Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for Entry Level Technicians. We are part of Berglund Automotive, a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia.

What you'll crush (with our backup):

Jump into oil changes, tire swaps and basic maintenance.  Learn the ropes with state-of-the-art tools.  

Team up to wow customers:  Spot issues, explain fixes and send them off smiling. 

Keep the bays lit: Clean, safe and Instagram worthy.

Grow your skills:  From lube tech to electrical or diesel wizard, guided by pros who were once in your sneakers.

What you bring:

18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a clean driver's license

Car passion > than experience 

Hustle mindset, team player vibes, and cool under pressure.

Physically ready to lift 50lbs and vibe in a fast shop. 

Tech-savvy?  Sweet - our apps make tracking jobs a breeze. 

The Perks:

Pay:  $16-22/hour to start.  Bonus $$$ as you advance.
