As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you’ll take on a vital leadership role in the execution of nonprofit outreach campaigns across the country. You’ll coach outreach teams, manage event operations, and contribute to campaign success—helping nonprofit clients increase visibility, support, and donations.
Lead day-to-day operations of nonprofit fundraising and community outreach campaigns
Coach, support, and mentor team members to exceed performance goals
Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail activations, and live campaigns
Manage all event logistics including setup, team scheduling, and on-site support
Analyze campaign and team performance; provide real-time feedback and strategy
Participate in leadership training, professional development, and strategic planning sessions
Maintain campaign documentation and assist with long-term growth initiatives
Hold a high school diploma or GED (college degree is a plus)
Have experience in sales, customer service, retail, or events (preferred, not required)
Are a confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Are goal-oriented, coachable, and ready to lead by example
Are passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, or advocacy
Are 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
